The notion of heart consciousness evolves out of re-connecting to our higher self. I have been doing energy work with consciousness since I was in my teens and when I had an occult shop in the 70’s. We experience a state of enlightenment and reconnect to our true One Divine nature of loving kindness through higher states of cosmic consciousness from energy fields generated in our bodies. Although I was aware of the chakras of the body, it had been my understanding that this experience happened mostly in the mind or brain.
In doing more work and meditation plus reading the research and science compiled from the HeartMath group, I began to practice more loving kindness toward self-healing my own heart.
These images were inspired by utilizing the energy field of the heart which is said to be much larger than that of the mind. When I do my own prayers and/or meditations I focus on sending loving-kindness healing energy from my heart to various parts of my body. You can do the same.
